As you can see from http://jsfiddle.net/highcharts/2cu52v0e/, there is currently collision avoidance.
It hides colliding data labels, but it doesn’t move them, and subsequently doesn’t add connectors.

I would like an option to always have data labels off/outside the bubble to assist readability.
But even something like this screenshot would go a long way

Or I'll ask support/investigate if we manually draw the labels / lines but have Highcharts help with any collision detection or placing logic? Guess wondering if there are generic tools/utilities that Highcharts might provide that could help me with placing text
