When data is huge, user may only see a blank space for quite some time. It will be much better, if there is an animation showing that smoething is still loading
1 voteBest practice is that you simply add a loading indicator inside the container div, and Highcharts will remove it when loaded.

highroller has property of startOnTick and endOnTick doesnt support on highcharts version 2.2.1

Some bug in addPoint()
I have 2 graph in my chart. Data loading in realtime by ajax.
User can disable painting 1 graph by clicing at history of graph, but ajax continue adding data:chart.series[0].addPoint(mass[key], true, shift);
but shift not work when graph is disabled, and when user activate it again he looks all added points (blue at screenshot).

if graph disabled a lot of time this line mades very long and green line very short.

Made the HighCharts charts able to use ThemeRoller (by jQuery UI) themes in order to change the look and feel. By this way will be simple to have a unique and centralized interface for every element in the site (via css)

Hi all,

Tooltip (when hovering the flags) is always staying on xaxis, not following the mouse's position, is there any help ? It looks not so good for me.

Combination Chart - Stacked Column + Line or Spline
Hi, I am looking for a combination chart which has Stacked Column and Line graph. Both has a series of date/time but y-axis values are different. For example, primary-y axis has stacked column chart and secondary y-axis has spline or line chart. I don't see it in the demo, can anyone tell me if this can be created with highcharts ? if yes then can somebody please help me with the code. Thanks

There should be a functionality to set a marker flags in Highcharts
There should be a facility to assign flag markers in highchart also. This thing is present in highstock. I have configured a highchart but I am not able to set marker flags. You can see below link & you can get idea actually what I am talking about.

plotBands don't show up when there's no series data to start with
Example: http://jsfiddle.net/smcqk/4/
If you create the chart with data, the plotBands work as expected. If you create the chart without data, and add it later with addPoint/setData, you have to remove/add the plotBands to get them to show up.
Just adding data to a chart with declared plotBands won't work.
3 votesThe problem is rather that the x axis doesn’t have min and max. See http://jsfiddle.net/highcharts/smcqk/15/. Adding a data series will set automatic min and max, so the plot band will display.
