    in scatter plots, there are times where points have no dataLabel, even though nothing is anywhere near them. it is very frustrating, because users complain to me. allowOverlap is not a good solution because depending on what the user is looking at and how they are zoomed in, it may make things unreadable

    I think it would also be an improvement to have panning and zooming work like google maps: mouse drag pans, mouse wheel and +/- buttons zoom. most users are familiar with and expect this behavior. The lack of y-axis panning (with zooming enabled), is a big problem for our current project
