    This would be an extremely helpful feature. Just having the legend render to a regular html element would be awesome as we could then do what we want to it using something like jQuery

    Agreed. I'd like chart titles, subtitles, labels (bar and pie), AND the legend to wrap and be positioned according to length/size.

    For the chart title and legend, I think the the chart margins need to adjust based on the amount of space the title (and subtitle) and legend are taking up.

    While having the legend draggable would help in some situations, even nicer would be if the legend would have some sort of smarter behavior, e.g. to shift around where it doesn't overlap something. This way the user wouldn't need to move it at all.
