overlapped column datalabels. Reposition in outside as pie chart

For minor values, the dataLabels of Columns showing overlapped.

    It may be interesting to represent dataLabels in countries of highmaps, specially for small and close ones.

    Definitely needed smart labeling just like dundas and/or dotnetcharting stacked charts
