The red part is just a image. Maybe a background solve the problem.
But the green lines with grid are totally dynamic.

Can you share a screenshot? If you mean the spherical line charts represented at https://www.google.no/search?q=solar+chart&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=O5AIUqDwN8j3sgbisICABw&ved=0CCgQsAQ&biw=1920&bih=1084#imgdii=_, I think those can be done out of the box with existing the existing Highcharts polar charts.
