Locale
There should be a setting for internationalisation so that the dates are properly displayed in the local language.
"en", "es", "fr", etc... for english, spanish, french, etc...
It would add too much footprint to include all language strings in Highcharts, given that most websites use only one language. Currently you have options for number formatting and date formatting in http://www.highcharts.com/ref/#lang and in each property’s formatter.

The way the it is being proposed here is that we will have to have all languages somewhere in our code, when browser launch the application we will have do define the language and set Highcharts.
This does not sound correct. -
I'm not familiar with Globalize.js, but make sure you check out http://www.highcharts.com/docs/advanced-chart-features/internationalization

Is there a way to make it work with Globalize.js?
Several other projects let you set culture, and works as long as you have the corresponding culture loaded.
