Custom positions for tooltips

It would be nice to be able to position tooltips however we want to, instead of always having the tooltip to the left of the markers.

I have already written the code and created a pull request for the feature on GitHub: https://github.com/highslide-software/highcharts.com/pull/243

    The is critical when tooltip blocks functionality to drill down on chart element (short bars)

    This is critical to avoid tootip cutoff.
