The reason why this request is declined is explained in the comment by Linda Svendsen.

Since Highslide JS is now licensed by the MIT-license, we don't do maintenance and support on this product anymore.
However, we still have our forum which is now driven by our users only. Maybe you can find your answer there, or get help from the community.
