highstock Y values
About highstock Y axis values. Can we move a bit left from actual start of points. Cause it gets over the values so we cant see the exact values

HighStock chart is not reflects the data related to type column. Like it is reflecting for highcharts for type column, by doing addseries() method.

Automatic axis label rotation and skip calculation
A few suggestions describe part of functionality needed already. It would be extremely useful for Highcharts to automatically calculate when x-axis or y-axis labels need to be rotated or skipped to prevent overlapping. Configuration would have the following options:
preventOverlap: { false / ['rotate', 'skip', 'multiLine'] }, where false turns it off and an array gives a preference order which method to apply first; rotate rotates until full and then applies skip, skip calculates how many labels can be used out of total and multiLine spaces odd or even labels onto multiple lines.56 votesAutomatic label rotation is implemented as of Highcharts 4.1. Support ARIA and accessibility options
Please add support for ARIA type=Image.
Option to create an HTML table that contains the data shown in chart. For example on your http://www.highcharts.com/demo/line-labels Line with label chart the table might be set up as follows:thead

Add a maxPointWidth for bar and column charts

I feel that pointWidth is not an adequate solution for preventing extremely wide columns (or tall bars) in a chart with a small data set. If you're working with a dynamic data set that could be quite small or large, setting a specific width to force small data sets to display well will backfire when displaying a larger dataset, causing the bars to overlap.

Set timezone
Setting in what timezone dateTimeLabelFormats are displayed. There is already useUTC, but usually when you have market data the time zone is displayed as the time zone of that specific market. So if someone is in for example in italy looking at data from Brazil, it's suppose to see the time as in BRST (Brazilian standart time) and not the local time zone setted in their computer
227 votesImplemented this option today. The new option, global.timezoneOffset, should be used when useUTC is true to change how dates are displayed and grouped on axes, data grouping and labels/tooltips etc. Please test the new feature with your own data and report back in this thread.

draw lines over a stock chart , for analysis purpose
it's common to draw lines over stock charts indicating max and min values ( expected space for values of stocks )

Support multiple plot areas

Currently resize height of the charts is not supported, and it would allow resize the chart to full screen =)

Add the ability to remove weekends from a timeline chart
Most financial charts are only interested in what happens mon - fri and weekends are normally dead data on a timeline and can distort a trend chart.

[Fix] Webkit: event.layerX and event.layerY legacy Warning
Since Chrome Update 16 the Console is spammed with warnings while hovering over the chart container:
"event.layerX and event.layerY are broken and deprecated in WebKit. They will be removed from the engine in the near future."
4369 console-logs in 12 seconds analyzing the data in the chart.

Draggable points
Click and drag points on line charts and a correspoinding PointModified event so backend data can be updated.

Currently Rangeselector position is fixed at top. It should be possible to provide custom position for rangeselector

probability density / normal distribution / "bell curve" - autogenerated from series data
I plan to implement this using the spline mode + manually plotting the distribution (100 points), but it would more convenient as a built in type. Actually, a number of options for showing data distribution / percentile would be lovely! :)

Configureable Max-Distance of Navigator handles
I think it would be useful to have an option how far the navigator handles can be apart maximum.
My load time explodes if a user selects to big range and right now it does not seem to be possible to configure a limit there.
e.g. I display one year of data in the navigator and I load dynamically detail whenever I move the handles. But I dont want the user to select more than one month.13 votesImplemented in v6
